9/212 The Horse and Groom

Inn. Probably C18. Roughcast-faced, stone slate roof, stone end
stack. Double range and large wing to north with catslide lean-to
in angle to north east. Two storeys, with part attics. South-east
front has one gable to left and gabled dormer to right. Scattered
fenestration throughout, mainly C20 casements. Small single storey
square bay to left on north-east side and square porch bay in
centre, both with hipped roof. Plank door with flat stone hood to
left on south-east side.
