Detached farmhouse. Datestones: BRB/1784 to front block; 1804 to
rear wing. Roughcast render to front block; random rubble
limestone to rear wing; rubble chimneys; stone slate roof,
pantile to north wing. Front block of 2 storeys and attic; two-
storey rear wing; single-storey oven house to north. Front
elevation: incised imitation ashlar render; three-window
elevation with 3-light chamfered mullioned casements, that at
centre in upper floor taking form of Venetian window. Central
doorway with lead lean-to porch hood on timber posts and 6-panel
door. Oval datestone above Venetian window. Rubble chimney to
each gable end of front block, south gable end also having single
off-centre attic casement Projecting 2-storey outshut in angle
between front block on south side of rear wing, south side of wing
having 2-window sash fenestration, single sash on ground floor to
right of lead-hooded doorway having 6-panel door; datestone over
doorway. Ridge-mounted ashlar chimney to west gable end of rear
wing; archway to attached garden wall. Single-storey oven house
projects from north side of rear wing with brick gable end chimney.
Interior: mostly unaltered. Oven house contains bread oven,
washing coppers and stone sinks. Forms part of group with 2 barns
