Corner house in row. Early/mid C18. Coursed rubble stone with
alternating flush quoins, slate roof to front range, stone slate
roof to rear range, ashlar end stacks raised in brick, rendered
gable end stack to rear. Single front range of 2 storeys and
attic, and rear range along Park Street of 3 storeys. Two windows,
12-pane sashes, with timber lintels to first floor and in gabled
dormers through eaves. One similar to left on ground floor and
canted C19 shop front to right. Left hand return in Park Street
has one 4-light leaded casement below eaves, and C20 windows with
original timber lintels below.
