GV II

Semi-detached house set back from road. C18 core with refaced
north gable end of C19. Rubble stone faced in render to north,
with alternating flush quoins, stone slate roof, lateral stone
stacks. Single long range of 3 storeys with 2 storey porch wing to
east. Elevation to street has 2-storey bow front on plinth with
8/12/8-pane sashes in plain stone architraves with continuous sill
band to first floor and cornice and blocking course. Gable above
is coped and has large Diocletian window with plain stone surround
and boxed-in mullions. Scattered fenestration to east and west,
mostly 12 or 4-pane sashes. Porch wing has 4-panel inner door, top
2 fielded, lower 2 flush.
