Large formerly detached house. Late C16/early C17. Rubble stone,
stone slate roof, large stone stacks with offset and renewed stone
flues. Single front range, with rear range of 1901, 2 storeys and
attic. Three large gables each with 2-light stone mullion with
square hoodmould, three 3-light below and 2 on ground floor, all
with lattice iron casements. Central 4-centred arched doorway with
moulded and stopped jambs, square hoodmould, C20 plank door and
flanking C20 inserted single small lattice lights. Interior not
accessible but reputed to contain fine C17 fireplace.
