GV II

House in row. Early C19. Coursed rubble stone on plinth with
alternating flush quoins to left and low parapet wall with shallow
paired brackets below coping, slate roof, rebuilt brick end stack
to right. Single deep range, 3 storeys. Two windows, 6-pane
sashes with flush stone lintel to second floor, 12-pane sashes with
3 large voussoirs in lintel to first floor. Ground floor has
central very large 9-pane sash with additional margin glazing with
large flush lintel and keystone. Large stone doorcase to left
with pilasters on bases, frieze and moulded cornice with shallow
blocking course. Recessed door with 2 long recessed panels and
rectangular fanlight with margin glazing.
