SP 1401-1501 FAIRFORD MOUNT PLEASANT

13/225 Mount Pleasant House

GV II

Semi-detached house. Late C18. Random coursed rubble stone with
alternating flush quoins, stone slate roof, stone end stacks with
offset, raised in concrete with moulded cornice. Single front
range of 2 storeys and attic in gable ends, with rear catslide and,
additional rear wing mainly of single storey on left hand return.
Three windows, 12-pane sashes with timber lintel, two on ground
floor flanking central half glazed door with C19 margin glass.
Main entrance on left hand return in rear wing, which has scattered
fenestration, all with timber lintel.
