10/16 Nos 1-4 (consec) St Kellams
- II

Dated 1899 in gable. Coursed rubble with Cotswold stone roofs. A mix of C17 &
C18 style features making a conscious attempt to fit the surroundings. L-shaped
block with two cottages facing south and two east. The south elevation has one
storey and attic, three windows, two & three light wood casements. Two windows
have stone architraves with keystones. Two gabled porches, two gabled half
dormers, all with bargeboards. One gabled dormer three ridge stacks. The east
elevation is similar except that the left hand is gabled with two stone mullioned
casements with drip moulds on each floor. Listed for group value.
