10/30 Dovecote at the
- Manor House
- II*

Possibly late C16 but may be contemporary with the house (qv) [mid C17]. Coursed
rubble with Cotswold stone roof. Six gables, 2 x 1 with a 2-light stone mullion
window with drip mould in each. Stone coping to the gables. Two lanterns on
ridge. Small central entrance, with four centred arch with panelled spandrels
and label. Interior: divided into 2 columbaria by partition wall: entirely built
of nesting boxes - up to 27 layers from ground to apex of gables.
