Mid C19 coach-house. Single storey in coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and
dressings: slate roof with coped verges and roughly central ashlar chimney
(moulded cappings). Chamfered corners to match adjacent store house (qv) under
kneelers. 2-light mullion window to left. Roughly central doorway and segment-
arched wide entry to right. Half a keyed oculus in each gable end.
