Probably before 1850. 2 storeys coursed rubble and modern tiled roof. 3 chim-
neys, 2 in ashlar. Blind to road. South front has 3 windows, glazing bar
sashes with modest keys. Central wood lattice gabled porch to lush panel door.
Lower single storey projecting cottage to right. Important position when seen
from Dale Street and south.
