Late C17/early C18 cottage, modernised and extended. Simple single-storey and
attic building in rubble with Cotswold stone roof. 2 modern gabled dormers.
3:2 windows re-using old materials, one is a 3-light mullioned type. The 2 win-
dow part is the converted former byre. Interior: ground floor east room retains
chamfered beam. West room has imported Tudor-arch fireplace with panelled
spandrels. Roof structure with through purlins.
