GV II*

Unidentified chest tomb. Possibly C14 in part, C17 table. Limestone. Tomb ends canted with raised cross and foliate motifs. Thick capping with moulded margin. Head (possibly with headress) in relief and incised Celtic cross. Indentations for game of Nine Men's Morris incised into upper surface of capping. Unusually early work for a chest tomb.
