HAZLETON SALPERTON VILLAGE

1/66 Village Farmhouse
II
Detached house. Coursed roughly dressed limestone and brick, stone
slate roof, ashlar and stone stacks. Late C18-early C19. Long
rectangular plan with C19 brick extension at right-angles at rear;
extension at rear not of special interest. Two storey, 5-windowed
facade, 2 and 3-light stone-mullioned casements (probably C19
replacements). C19 brick extension at rear lit by 9-pane sash.
All windows with C20 leaded panes. C20 gabled porch off-centre
left with stopped hood. Axial and gable end stacks, flat coping on
gable ends. Roll-cross saddle at left gable end. Interior not
inspected.
