Gates, gate piers and overthrow at entrance to churchyard. C18
and C19. C18 Gothic style gate piers linked by overthrow dated
1897. Limestone gate piers with iron gates and overthrow.
Square gate piers with sunken trefoil headed panels and pyramidal
capping stones. Double gate with alternate loop and spear-head
decoration. Wrought iron overthrow with scroll decoration, dates
1837 and 1897 in gold leaf flanking central lantern with crown at
apex. Wrought iron overthrow commemorates Queen Victoria's
Diamond Jubilee.
