Detached bungalow. c1890 for Charles Baring Young. Coursed
squared and dressed limestone, stone slate roof, ashlar stacks.
Rectangular plan. One storey. Facade; canted bay window right
with stone capping with moulded margin continued left to form
canopy over door. 2-light metal casement left with patterned
glazing and moulded hood; ventilation slit above. Central C20
part-glazed front door. Flat gable-end coping with kneelers. 2
square stacks with stepped corners and moulded capping and dentil
decoration. Included for group value.
