of south aisle, in the churchyard
of the Church of St. Leonard
GV II
Chest tomb. Dated 1636, with C20 restoration. Limestone. Moulded
base, north side comprises an arcade of 3 blind 4-centred arches
with carved spandrels, similar but single arches at either end,
that on west containing traces of an inscription. South side
comprises various fragments of stone, some carved, not originally
part of this tomb. Identical tomb in churchyard of Church of St.
Peter, Daylesford (q.v.).
