Former village bakery, house and converted barn, now detached
house. Late C17-early C18 and C19. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, stone slate roof, ashlar stack. 'L' shaped plan with
C19 extension rear left of main body and former barn right of main
body. Facade at right angles to road. 2 storeys and garret. 7
bays; 5-windowed; 2 and 3-light, double-chamfered stone-mullioned
casements with stopped hoods. Central 2-light, stone-mullioned
window inserted in blocking of former front door. C20 plank door
right. C20 steel casements with glazing bars and timber lintels to
converted barn right of door. Flat gable-end coping. Left gable
end stack and gable end stack at rear both with moulded cappings.
