8/130 Church Cottage
(formerly listed as The Croft)
Former detached house now semi-detached. Late C17 - early C18 and
C20. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, slate roof, ashlar
stack repaired in brick, C20 artificial stone stack. Rectangular
plan; C20 flat-roofed extension at rear not of special interest.
2 storeys and attic lit by two 2-light gabled roof dormers.
Symmetrical, 2-windowed facade lit by 2 and 3-light stone-mullioned
casements with stopped hoods. Central 6-panel front door within
flat-chamfered 'Tudor'- arched surround. Gable-end stacks.
Interior not inspected.
