8/150 House occupied by Miss Sturdy,
between Fairview and The Cottage
GV II
House in row. Late C17-early C18. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone, stone slate roof, brick stack. 2-storey, 2-windowed
facade lit by 2 and 3-light double-chamfered, stone mullioned
casements with glazing bars. Stopped hoods to ground floor
windows. Central C20 plank door with segmental head. 'X' tie
plate above door. Similar blocked doorway left. Gable-end
stack.
