3 cottages late C17-early C18, converted into single house by Guy
Dawber c1900. Coursed, squared and dressed limestone, slate roof,
limestone and rendered stacks. 'L' shaped plan with cottage at
left end extended back at rear. Cottages on right 2 storeys and
attic lit by C19 triangular roof dormer lit by triangular leaded
casement. 3-windowed facade; 2 and 3-light double-chamfered,
stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods. C20 glazed front
door off-centre left, former central door blocked with C20 stone-
mullioned casement inserted. Cottage left 2 storeys, 2-windowed
all double-chamfered, stone-mullioned casements, lower left-hand
window inserted in blocking of former doorway. Blocked doorway in
left gable end. Round-headed window made of one single stone slab
reused in extension at rear. Gable-end stacks.
