II

Detached house. Mid C19. Coursed, squared and dressed limestone, concrete tile
roof, ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan with later lean to extension onto left
gable end and at rear. 2 storeys and attic lit by single C20 garret light. 3-
windowed facade all 16-pane sashes in plain surrounds. Central C19 four-panel
door in plain surround. Gable-end stacks. Cast iron railing and gate with fleur
de lys and speadheaded decoration. Interior not inspected.
