Stables with hayloft above. Dated 1793 on square stone above door.
Random coursed rubble with flush quoins, stone slate roof. Two
later raking buttresses flanking central doorway with stable door
and timber lintel. Small 6-pane light with timber lintel to outer
side of buttresses. Loft has 3 open round oculi cut into square
frames, larger in centre with iron cross bar. North gable end has
open loft doorway with timber lintel and blocked former possible
cart entrance with inserted C20 window and concrete lintel.
Interior almost completely intact with brick pavior floor, panelled
stalls with iron bar dividers to upper section, brass handles and
locks. C20 lean-tos to rear and right hand return not of special
interest.
