14/78 Stable block at the King's Arms
GV II

Stable block of inn. Probably early C18. Painted rubble stone
with large flush quoins, stone slate roof hipped to south east end.
Large T-shaped range, with small lean-tos on north side of both
wings with double Roman tile roofs. Scattered openings on east
side towards the inn mostly with timber lintels, with stable door
and 2-light window above to main stem of T, plank door and small
window to each lean-to, and large C20 garage door in probable
former coach opening below hipped end. C20 bus shelter attached to
south wall not of special interest.
