Semi-detached cottage adjoining The Old School House (q.v.). Mid
C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, stone slate roof,
ashlar stacks. Rectangular plan to main body. C20 extension at
rear not of special interest. Two-storey, 3-windowed facade. C20
two-light casements with gables clad with wany edged
weatherboarding to first floor. Two C20 two-light casements to
ground floor with one continuous concrete lintel. C20 plank door
with fillets and single-light pane far right within open-sided
lean-to porch with timber uprights. Gable-end and axial stacks.
Interior not inspected.
