Former farmhouse, now house adjoining barn cl0m south of Tallet
Cottage (q.v.). Mid-late C17, restored C19. Limestone rubble with
dressed stone quoins. Flat-chamfered plinth. Thin stone slate
roof. Ashlar stacks, one repaired in brick. House 'L'-shaped in
plan with curving dry stone wall with railing at front. House; 2
storeys and attic. Two-windowed facade with forward facing gable
left, all 2 and 3-light, flat-chamfered, stone-mullioned casements
with stopped hoods. C20 plank door right of forward facing gable
within dressed stone surround. Flat stone canopy with moulded
margin on moulded stone brackets over door. Two and three-light
casements with hollow-moulded mullions, with and without hoods in
left-hand return. One window blocked. Blocked tall basket-headed
doorway also in left-hand return. Plank door within C17 flat-
chamfered basket-headed surround opposite (i.e. opening into garden
at rear). Gable-end and axial stacks. Interior not inspected.
Wall at front 0.7 - lm in height with iron railing c30cm in height
at top.
