Detached house set back from road. Mid C19. Coursed squared and
dressed limestone, slate roof, one ashlar and one C20 stack
imitating ashlar. Rectangular plan. Two-storey, two-windowed,
five-bay facade. Three bays at left end present symmetrical 2-
windowed front, lit by 12-pane sashes with keystone. Central, C19
panelled door with keystone. Gable-end and axial stacks. Two
skylights in forward facing roof pitch. Interior not inspected.
