House in row adjoining Lyon Cottage (q.v.). Probably C17, refaced C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, slate roof, brick stack and C20 artificial stone stack. Symmetrical, three-storey, three- bay, two-windowed facade. Twelve-pane sashes to ground and first floor within dressed stone surrounds with keystones. Two-light casements with leaded panes to second floor (casements with leaded panes now partly replaced by casements with horizontal glazing bars). Central C19 four-panel front door (upper panels now glazed). Boot scraper left of door. Gable-end stacks.
