Detached house. Early-mid C19 with later extension at rear.
Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Stone slate roof, C19
ashlar and C20 dressed stone stacks. 'L'-shaped plan.
Symmetrical, 1 1/2 storey, 3-windowed facade. Upper floor lit by 3
half dormers with 2-light stone-mullioned casements. Two 2-light
stone-mullioned casements to ground floor either side of a shallow
stone-built porch with triangular pediment. Part-glazed C19, four-
panel door set back within porch. Band between floors. Flat
coping and stacks at gable ends. (Property of the National Trust).
