Pair of cottages (probably once 3 cottages). Late C18-mid C19.
Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Stone slate on front roof
pitch, artificial stone slate at rear. Ashlar stacks. Long
rectangular plan. Gabled extension at the rear of No 23. Lean-to
extensions either side of gabled extension. Main body; 2 storeys,
6-windowed facade lit by single, 2 and 3-light wood casements
mostly with small leaded panes Some glazing possibly original.
All windows and doorways on the ground floor have segmental heads.
Two plank doors. Axial and gable-end stacks with moulded cappings
and skirtings.
Interior not inspected. (Barrington Park Estate).
