One of a pair of cottages. Late C18-early C19. Coursed squared
and dressed limestone. Stone slate roof. Ashlar stack.
Rectangular plan, (No 42 adjoining, not of special interest). 1½
storeys. Upper floor lit by a single C19-C20 two-light roof dormer
with leaded panes to ground floor. Two-light stone-mullioned
casement with leaded panes to upper floor of right gable end. Two-
light casement with leaded panes to the ground floor. Access via
C20 plank door in the left gable end.
Interior not inspected. (Barrington Park Estate).
