One of a pair of contemporary cottages (q.v. Ivy Cottage). Mid
C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone and brick. Stone
slate and concrete tile roofing. Rectangular plan with an almost
contemporary extension at right angles to the rear. Two 2-light
C19 casements within cambered-headed surrounds to the ground and
first floor of the main body. Similar 2 and 3-light casements to
the extension at the rear. All casements have horizontal glazing
bars. C20 part-glazed door with glazing bars within a cambered-
headed surround to the extension at the rear. Interior not
inspected.
