Cottage in row. C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone.
Stone slate roof. Rectangular plan. Two storeys and attic lit by
a single rendered C20 two-light eaves dormer. Three-windowed
facade. Three 2-light metal C20 casements to the first floor, one
4-light C20 metal casement to the ground floor. All windows with
glazing bars. C20 part-glazed door lower right within the blocking
of a segmental-headed double width archway. Flat stone capping
with moulded margin supported on moulded stone brackets over door.
