11/126 Wall and gate piers,
Barrington Grove
GV II
Road boundary wall and gate piers. Late C18-early C19, possibly in
several different phases. Mostly drystone, limestone rubble.
Short section opposite house, coursed squared and dressed
limestone. Ashlar gate piers. Straight wall c3-3.5m in height,
(ramped in places) and c320m in length. Two pairs of gate piers
with stepped cappings and ball finials. Single width doorway to
the right of the left-hand pair of gate piers. Flat capping to the
section parallel with the house coursed squared and dressed
limestone wall.
