One of a pair of cottages built at one time. Late C17-early C18.
Limestone rubble with dressed quoins. Stone slate roof. Ashlar
stacks. Rectangular plan, later lean-to extensions at rear not of
special interest.
Two storeys and attic lit by two C20 two-light dormers and one
small C20 skylight. One 2-light double-chamfered, hollow-moulded
stone-mullioned casement with a stopped hood and one 2-light metal
casement with horizontal glazing bars to the first floor Single-
light stair-light with double-chamfered surround and a stopped hood
far right. Two 3-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned casements
with flat-chamfered mullions and stopped hoods to the ground floor.
Projecting C20 stone-built gabled porch with plank door off-centre
left. Axial and gable-end stack with moulded capping and skirting.
Interior not inspected.
