GV II
One of a pair of cottages (originally one house). Late C17-early
C18. Coursed roughly squared and dressed limestone with dressed
stone quoins. Stone slate roof with an ashlar and an artificial
stone stack. Rectangular plan. C20 extension at rear, not of
special interest. Two-storey, 2-windowed facade lit by double-
chamfered 3-light stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods. C20
plank door in the right gable end. Axial stacks.
Interior; spine beam. Moulded Tudor-arched fireplace with carved
spandrels.
