Former farmhouse, now house. Early C18, extended late C18-early
C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Westmorland slate to
the forward facing roof pitch. Decorative Welsh slate and concrete
tile at rear. 'L'-shaped plan. Two storeys and attic.
Symmetrical, 2-windowed facade, lit by C20 two-light wooden
casements with glazing bars within dressed stone surrounds.
Central C20 part-glazed door (probably a C20 insertion).
Britannia sun insurance plaque upper left. Two-light double-
chamfered stone-mullioned window to the right-hand return. Gable-
end stacks with moulded cappings and flat-chamfered skirtings to
the main body. Interior not inspected.
