Detached house, dated and initials 'I (?J) C / 1731' on a
rectangular stone plaque with a stopped hood over the porch.
Coursed squared and dressed limestone with dressed stone quoins.
Stone slate roof with an ashlar and a C20 stone stack with dressed
quoins. Rectangular plan extended by one bay to the left C20.
Projecting porch at the front and single-storey flat-roofed
extension at the rear not of special interest. Two storeys and
attic. Three-windowed facade. Fenestration to ground floor,
from left to right; C20 three-light stone-mullioned casement,
early C18 single-light with a double-chamfered stone surround,
similar 3-light casement to the right of the porch. Fenestration
to the first floor matches that on the ground floor. Two 2-light
dormers. Plank door off-centre right concealed by the C20 porch.
Gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
