Detached house. Mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble with dressed
stone quoins; concrete tile roof; C20 cream-coloured brick
stacks. Rectangular plan with lean-to extension to rear and at
the left gable end. Single-bay extension to the right gable end.
Two storeys and attic; single-storey extensions. Two-windowed
facade lit by 2 and 3-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned
casements with early fastenings. Relieving arch over the ground
floor windows. Two C20 two-light roof dormers hung with concrete
tile. C20 gabled porch off-centre right with fielded panelled
door with two glazed panes at the top. Plank doors to the
extensions at either gable end. Gable-end stacks. Interior not
inspected.
