Barn and adjoining stable. Late C18. Random limestone rubble with
dressed stone quoins; stone slate roof. Rectangular plan with a
projecting porch flanked by lean-tos on the south side with
stableblock to the west gable end. South front: double plank doors
to the projecting porch (double plank doors opposite); single-width
doorway to stableblock; fixed C20 casement with a segmental brick
head to the left; shuttered pitching window over the door; blocked
doorway (partially concealed by a lean-to extension upper right);
stone step up to plank door to loft on the north side. Flat coping
to gable ends.
Interior: 5 bays with the original collar and tie beams with double
purlins.
