One of two adjoining cottages. Late C17-early C18 and C19.
Roughly coursed squared and dressed limestone; stone slate roof;
C20 artificial stone stack on the stump of the former ashlar stack.
C20 extension to the rear, not of special interest. C17-early C18
range: 1 1/2 storeys. C19 extension (incorporating parts of the
earlier range): 2 storeys. Single segmental-headed 3-light wooden
casement to the ground floor of the C19 part; 3-light wooden
casement above; dressed stone surrounds to both windows. C19 plank
door left within a segmental-headed corrugated iron porch with
ogee-curved boarding at the front; blocked window with a double-
chamfered stone surround to the left of the doorway. Gable-end
stack to the C19 extension.
