GV II

Barn. Early C19. Random coursed roughly squared limestone with
dressed stone quoins; stone slate roof. Rectangular plan with
porches with projecting cheeks on the north and south sides (the
latter with a corrugated iron roof). Open-fronted shelter sheds on
the south and adjoining the west gable end, not of special
interest. Segmental-headed pitching window to the east gable end.
Owl holes at both gable ends. Square ventilation holes to gable
ends and side walls. Interior: 5 bays with the original scissor-
braced collar beams and double purlins. Included mainly for group
value.
