One of a pair of cottages (q.v. Brook Cottage). C18. Thinly-bedded
limestone; stone slate roof. Rectangular plan. C20 flat-roofed
2-storey extension to rear, not of special interest. Two storeys.
Two-windowed facade with one 2-light and one 3-light double-
chamfered stone-mullioned casement to the ground floor; two C20
two-light casements to the upper floor. Central C20 fielded 6-
panel door with a timber lintel. Interior not inspected.
Prominent position at a 'T'-junction.
