17/165 Gatehouse to Daglingworth House

GV II

Gatehouse. Late C18-early C19. Roughly coursed squared and
dressed limestone; stone slate roof. Rectangular plan open at
both ends. Two low blocked doorways with timber lintels in the
side walls. Roof with differently pitched hips. Interior, two
early roof trusses which appear to be reused timbers; early
purlins; rafters replaced C20.
