GV II

Stable/coach house to Cotswold Park (q.v.). Late C18, upper floor
converted for domestic use in C20. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone with dressed stone quoins; slate roof; brick stacks.
'L'-shaped plan. Two storeys and attic. East elevation: central
stable door with dressed stone lintel and keystone, flanked by
fixed 6-light casements within dressed stone surrounds. Three C20
two-light slate-hung half dormers. Central half dormer set within
the blocking of a former pitching door. Coach house projects
forwards right with two segmental-headed double doors; 3-light
slate-hung half dormer above. Hipped roof with lateral stacks.
Interior of stables retains the original stall divisions with cast
iron railings at the top. Square cobbled yard between the two
ranges.
