Former lodge to Cerney House (q.v.), dated and initialled
'W.I,C./1914/Ecc' (William Iveson Croome) on the south east, by
F.C. Eden. Coursed squared and dressed limestone; stone slate
roof; ashlar stack. Octagonal plan with lean-to on the west.
Flat-roofed C20 conservatory on the west not of special interest.
1 1/2 storeys. Two 12-pane sashes with dressed stone architraves and
moulded sills to the ground, one single light casement with a
splayed sill to the ground floor; 2-light wooden casements to the
lean-to at the rear. Four 2-light slate-hung half dormers with
glazing bars; and one small 3-light fixed casement to the first
floor. Band below the first floor windows. Central octagonal
stack.
