Cl8. Coursed rubble with ashlar facade. 2 storeys. 5 windows (double-hung
sash and glazing bars). Continuous sill at lst floor and band course at floor
level. Moulded stone cornice and blocking course. Hipped slate roof. Door with
fanlight and 3/4 Tuscan pilasters and pediment and 5 steps up.
