Early C19. Hammerdressed rubble. Ashlar front. Pitched stone roof. Gable
parapets. Ashlar chimneys. Triple pile. 3 storeys. 3 ranges of double-hung
sash windows with glazing bars. Iron railings with urn finials to road.
All the listed buildings in The Butts form a group.
