1.Late Cl9, Modern pitched roof. Ashlar chimney. 2 storeys and attics. 3 ranges
of mullioned casements with ornamental lead glazing bars and hoodmoulds. 2 attic
dormers with ornamental lead glazing bars.
All the listed buildings in Church Place form a group, together with Rose Cottage,
Church Cottage, the raised pavement and, the retaining wall to the Churchvard in
Walklev Hill.
