Dwelling, attached to Beechwood House (q.v.). Mid C18. Rendered, concrete tile
roof. Long narrow block with moulded cappings to stacks at gables and off-centre,
right (perhaps the original position of right gable), stone cornice mould to parapet;
return L-plan wing, right includes some pointed stonework.

Two storeys, 5-windowed, all sashes without bars set to broad surrounds at wall face,
but second and fifth openings to first floor blocked; 3 panel door, top 2 glazed,
under flat timber hood on brackets, in second bay, probably central to original
house. Interior: shutters to ground floor.
